We had two major projects with David. Started as a remodel for our daughter’s bedroom and bathroom that evolved into an entire basement remodel. David’s flat fee took tremendous stress off of us as he managed every contractor, connected me to all the right vendors (in which I received his pricing not retail), and he executed quality checks daily. It was first class service and as ideas evolved or changes were made, David was proactive and on top of all it.

Our closest friends contracted with David and you always worry when you mix friendship and business (one that is an expensive project for them).

We had dinner with them last night and they were in full agreement with us that David and his crew are one of the best they have every worked with and it shows in the quality of the work being done.

There is a large amount of work being done behind the scenes that David is taking care of each and every day to get the projects done as quickly as possible but with no corners being cut.

I highly recommend him and will use him again later this summer for 2 more projects.
